A Hokkaido Love Story
Angel & Amos’s Hokkaido pre-wedding shoot caught the landscape in a rare in-between moment. At Nakajima Park, orange and red leaves still filled the trees while fresh snow covered the ground beneath them. From there, they continued into Otaru, wandering through quiet streets and along the waterfront as afternoon faded into dusk. Autumn color, early snow, the sea, and finally the glow of city lights gave the day a natural progression from one atmosphere into the next.

The day began at Nakajima Park, where autumn and winter briefly shared the same landscape. Angel & Amos walked beneath orange and deep red trees with fresh snow already covering the paths, then paused beside the water where the remaining fall colors reflected across the surface. From there, the scenery gradually gave way to Otaru’s sloping streets and waterfront. They wandered through the city as daylight softened, reaching the sea beneath a pale pink-and-blue sky before dusk settled in. Streetlamps and storefronts slowly came to life around them, carrying the shoot from bright autumn color and snow into a quieter evening atmosphere without ever feeling like a hard transition.
For a brief moment, autumn stayed while winter had already arrived.
