Booking

Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
Reschedulings are subjected to additional charges. Cancellations entail a forfeit of all booking fees.
Can I choose my photographer?
You can let your coordinator know of your preference and they will assign your preferred photographer to you based on the photographer’s availability.
Can I choose my photoshoot locations?
Your coordinator will provide a list of recommended spots to choose from. Should you have another specific place in mind, feel free to consult your coordinator to work out an arrangement.
Can I see the gown samples?
The selection of gowns differs for each destination. Our coordinator will advise you about the available gowns during the planning process of your photoshoot.
When’s the best time to travel?
This is subjective to each destination as well as your personal preference. Do check out our comprehensive seasonal calendar to see what kind of natural sights work best for you!
How long in advance should I book my photoshoot?
We recommend booking at least 3 months in advance. For peak seasons (e.g. cherry blossom / autumn foliage), booking 6 months ahead is ideal. However, we understand plans can change, and we’re happy to accommodate last-minute bookings where possible – just reach out to us!

Payment

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept bank transfer in major currencies (USD, AUD, GBP, EUR, SGD), and credit card payment (subjected to convenience fees).
What are the payment terms?
Clients are to pay a deposit of 50% (unless otherwise stated) upon booking.
Are there any hidden charges?
There are no hidden charges beyond what is stated in our photography packages. However, we do not cover any extra fees from entrance tickets to photoshoot locations.
Do I need to pay for the crew’s travel fees and accommodation?
You do not have to pay for the crew’s flight and accommodation. Our crew is based locally in the destination. Do note that there may be additional fees if we are travelling outside of the locations in the package.

Photoshoot

What do I need to prepare for the shoot?
A packing list will be recommended to you by your coordinator after the booking.
Will there be meals provided?
We do not provide any meals during the photoshoot sessions.
What happens if it rains?
If the rain is light, the shoot will continue and we recommend a transparent umbrella to go with. If the rain gets too heavy, we will either wait out the rain or move to a sheltered alternative. In any case, there is no need to worry as our crew has years of experience dealing with all sorts of hiccups that can happen during an outdoor photoshoot, so they will know what to do!

Photos

How will I receive my photos?
The soft copies will be available for your download.
How long will it take for my photos to be edited?
You can receive the soft copy edited photos in approximately 2.5 months to 3 months after the photoshoot, unless otherwise stated.
When will I get my photo album?
The photo album will require approximately another 2.5 months to produce and ship. We do provide the optional add-on to ship by air, which will reduce the timeline down to 1 month.

Do I have to pay for the shipping fees of my photo album?
