A Paris Love Story
Kiera and Paul’s Paris pre-wedding shoot unfolded against the colors of autumn, when tree-lined streets turned warm and the city seemed to move at a slightly gentler pace. Their day took them from the tucked-away charm of Avenue de Camoëns to Tuileries Garden, the Louvre, Pont Alexandre III, and finally back toward the Seine for the last light of the day. Between grand landmarks and quieter corners, it felt less like chasing Paris and more like simply enjoying it together.
Avenue de Camoëns
Avenue de Camoëns introduced Kiera and Paul to a quieter side of Paris. Away from the openness of the major landmarks, the smaller streets and elevated view toward the Eiffel Tower felt more tucked away, especially with autumn colors softening the surroundings. There was room here to wander without much of a plan, pause when something caught their eye, and simply ease into the day. It was an understated beginning, and that was exactly its charm - familiar Paris in the distance, with a little more space for the two of them in the foreground.
Tuileries Garden
Tuileries Garden felt completely at home in autumn. Rows of trees had shifted into warm golds and ochres, while the open paths and green chairs invited Kiera and Paul to linger rather than simply pass through. They walked, sat by the fountain, and let the garden become part of the afternoon instead of treating it as another stop. There was an ease to this part of the shoot that felt especially fitting for the season. Paris can be grand, but here it was the simple pleasure of having nowhere urgent to be that made the moment memorable.
Some seasons have a way of reminding you to slow down and stay a little longer.
Pont Alexandre III
Pont Alexandre III brought a more polished side of Paris into the story. Its ornate details, sweeping river views, and open sky added a sense of scale after the gentler pace of the garden. Yet by this point, Kiera and Paul were already fully at ease, so the grandeur never felt too formal. The bridge simply became another layer of the day, bringing in a little drama while still allowing their connection to stay at the center of everything.
Bir-Hakeim Bridge
Bir-Hakeim Bridge shifted the mood once again, this time into something more urban and graphic. Its steel structure, long lines, and distant Eiffel Tower views gave the setting a stronger sense of movement, contrasting with the softness of the garden and the calm of the riverside. By now, Kiera and Paul had moved through so many different versions of Paris that this change felt completely natural. It gave the story a final lift in energy before arriving at the Louvre.
Louvre
The Louvre made a fitting final chapter to Kiera and Paul’s Paris story. After moving through quiet streets, autumn gardens, bridges, and the Seine, arriving here brought everything together with a sense of calm and completion. The long arcades, historic stone façades, and glass pyramid carried a timeless quality that echoed the elegance of the day without making the ending feel overly grand. Instead, it felt reflective and settled, as though the city had slowly led them here all along.
The places may change, but there is comfort in knowing who you want beside you for all of them.
