An autumn journey across Perth led Gordon & Melissa from the sunlit bushland of Bell Rapids to the stark white sand dunes of Lancelin, finishing along the warm golden shores of Trigg Beach. Blending formal romance with moments of effortless ease—highlighted by a bold crimson gown set against bright dunes—their day embraced the diverse textures and changing light of Western Australia.

Walking Through Sunlit Bushland

The session began at Bell Rapids, where autumn sun filtered softly through native eucalyptus trees. Wearing a classic embellished white gown with Gordon in a dark suit, Melissa walked alongside him across dry, earthy tracks and open elevated lookouts. Surrounded by quiet bushland and sweeping valley views, the two moved slowly, taking in the stillness of the landscape before making their way north.

Lancelin

Crossing the Dunes in Crimson

Arriving at Lancelin, the landscape shifted dramatically into rolling waves of white sand. Melissa made a bold statement in a flowing crimson dress, creating a striking contrast against the pale dunes and bright blue sky. Slipping on sunglasses and pairing back the formality, Gordon & Melissa climbed the steep ridges, letting the coastal wind lift the red train as they shared laughs across the sun-bleached expanse.

Trigg Beach

Catching Sunset Along the Shoreline

As dusk approached, the session moved to Trigg Beach for a relaxed final chapter. Changed into light white beach outfits, Gordon & Melissa kicked off their shoes to walk along the tide line. With late afternoon golden light reflected off the ocean waves, they ran through the soft sand, sharing effortless embraces as the sky faded into warm twilight tones over the Indian Ocean horizon.
