Melbourne’s countryside and coast offer a gentle, grounding setting during the spring months. For Guo Yong & Erin Peh, their session moved across three distinct landscapes—from the quiet canopy of the Redwood Forest to the open driveway of a rural farm, ending along the golden cliffs at Half Moon Bay. Shaped by an easy pace and unscripted moments, their portfolio captures a natural rhythm of shared quiet and lighthearted pauses.
Redwood Forest
Deep inside the Redwood Forest, towering tree trunks reached high above, cutting off the noise of the outside world. Erin Peh wore a gown of soft off-shoulder tulle and held a bouquet of deep crimson blooms, while Guo Yong wore a light beige suit. Sunlight filtered through the dense branches in narrow shafts, illuminating the carpet of pine needles underfoot. Walking together between the massive trunks, the couple moved without hurry, pausing to take in the quiet air. The vast scale of the grove anchored their interactions, making every quiet look and shared word feel deeply personal.

The Farm
Heading out to open country, the environment expanded into long gravel driveways lined by tall trees and dark wooden fences. Guo Yong changed into a sharp dark grey suit that stood out against the spring greenery and rolling hills in the background. Guo Yong & Erin Peh took their time strolling down the path, pausing near rustic fence posts and taking in the fresh rural breeze. The wide sky and relaxed surroundings gave them space to interact naturally, bringing an easygoing, grounded energy to the middle of their day.
Half Moon Bay
The day concluded along the coastline at Half Moon Bay as warm, late-afternoon sun hit the distinctive orange sandstone cliffs. Standing beside the weathered rock face, Erin Peh & Guo Yong stayed close near the water's edge while gentle waves brushed the beach. They held a small stuffed plush toy between them, bringing a playful, unscripted moment to the coastal setting. As the tide moved softly against the shore and the light dropped over the ocean, the calm maritime breeze brought a fittingly reflective close to their photoshoot in Melbourne.
