A Paris Love Story
Ashley and Jason’s Paris pre-wedding shoot brought together two very different sides of France: the energy of the city and the quiet grandeur of a château. A vintage convertible gave their time in Paris an unmistakable sense of adventure, carrying them from Eiffel Tower views into the streets before the day shifted completely at Château de Fontainebleau. It felt like stepping between eras, with just enough glamour to make the experience special while still leaving plenty of room for them to simply enjoy the journey together.
Bir-Hakeim Bridge
There was no easing quietly into this Paris morning. Arriving near Bir-Hakeim Bridge in a vintage convertible immediately made the day feel like an occasion, with the Eiffel Tower rising behind them and the city opening up ahead. For Ashley and Jason, the car was more than a prop; it changed the whole experience, adding that feeling of going somewhere together rather than simply arriving for photographs. Between moments on the bridge and time spent beside the car, the morning carried a confidence and excitement that felt distinctly Parisian, setting up the adventure that would continue through the city.
Paris Streets
Out on the streets, the vintage car really came into its own. Paris stopped feeling like a series of landmarks and became something Ashley and Jason could move through together, with cafés, Haussmann façades, intersections, and occasional Eiffel Tower views appearing along the way. There was a freedom to this part of the shoot that felt different from standing still in front of an icon. They could take in the city as it passed around them, enjoying that fleeting sense of having Paris at their feet. It was stylish, a little cinematic, and most importantly, genuinely fun.
Château de Fontainebleau
Leaving central Paris for Château de Fontainebleau felt like stepping into a completely different chapter. The pace softened among grand courtyards, formal gardens, stone stairways, and centuries of history, giving Ashley and Jason space to slow down after the movement of the city. There was something almost surreal about wandering through a place that had witnessed so many generations before them, yet finding moments within it that felt entirely personal. The château gave the day its sense of scale and romance, bringing their journey to a quieter, more timeless close.
They started with Paris at their feet and ended somewhere that made time feel a little slower.
