Paris Pre-Wedding Photoshoot | Place du Trocadéro, Bir-Hakeim Bridge, Sacré-Cœur Basilica, Parisian Café & Palais Royal
A Paris Love Story
Felicia and Andrei’s Paris pre-wedding shoot had a warm, easy energy from the beginning. They started with the Eiffel Tower in view, moved through the strong lines of Bir-Hakeim Bridge, and then headed uphill to Montmartre before slowing down over a café break. The day ended among the elegant columns of Palais Royal. It was a mix of the Paris everyone recognizes and the smaller moments that make being there together feel personal, with plenty of sunshine and no need to rush any of it.
Place du Trocadéro
Trocadéro gave Felicia and Andrei the kind of start that immediately makes a Paris morning feel special. With the Eiffel Tower across the river and plenty of open sky around them, there was a sense that the whole day was still waiting to happen. They could take their time, settle into the shoot, and enjoy those first few moments without thinking too far ahead. What made it feel memorable was not simply standing in front of an iconic view, but sharing the excitement of beginning a day somewhere they had come all this way to experience together.
Bir-Hakeim Bridge
Bir-Hakeim Bridge shifted the mood into something a little sharper and more cinematic. Strong sunlight cut through the structure, creating long shadows and pockets of contrast as Paris continued moving around them. Felicia and Andrei seemed more settled by then, less conscious of being photographed and more comfortable simply staying close to one another. The bridge has an unmistakably urban feel, but there were still small moments of softness between all those steel columns and passing streets. It gave the day a different energy without losing the easy connection they had already found that morning.
Sacré-Cœur Basilica
Montmartre brought a completely different side of Paris into Felicia and Andrei’s day. The cobblestone streets, hillside views, and white domes of Sacré-Cœur made the city feel smaller and more intimate after the wide spaces around the Eiffel Tower. There was something nice about simply making their way uphill and letting the neighborhood reveal itself slowly. Even with one of Paris’s most recognizable churches nearby, this part of the day felt less about arriving at a landmark and more about enjoying the character of the streets around it, together and at their own pace.
Parisian Café
By the time they reached the café, taking a seat felt like part of the experience rather than a pause from it. Felicia and Andrei could order a drink, sit across from each other, and watch the neighborhood carry on around them. There was nothing especially complicated about this part of the day, and that was exactly what made it feel so good. Between the bigger landmarks, it offered a glimpse of the Paris people often remember most fondly after a trip: a small table on the sidewalk, nowhere urgent to be, and enough time to enjoy the person sitting opposite you.
Palais Royal
Palais Royal gave the final part of the day a quieter kind of elegance. Warm sunlight filled the colonnades, and the repeating arches made everything feel calm and beautifully ordered after a day spent moving through the city. Felicia and Andrei no longer needed much direction by then; they had already found their own rhythm together. There was something fitting about ending here, somewhere refined but peaceful, with enough space to linger rather than rush toward a dramatic finale. The day simply softened toward its close, leaving them with one last stretch of Paris to enjoy before heading home.
By the end, Paris was no longer just somewhere they had visited, but a day they had shared from beginning to end.
