A Paris Love Story
Jolene and Jonathan’s Paris pre-wedding shoot unfolded like a full day out together, beginning beneath clear skies at the Eiffel Tower and gradually slowing into gardens, café breaks, and quieter corners of the city. By evening, they were back by the Seine as Paris began to glow after dark. What made the day memorable was not just how much of the city they saw, but how naturally each stop became another little moment they could enjoy together.
Place du Trocadéro
There is a certain excitement that comes with starting a Paris day in front of the Eiffel Tower. For Jolene and Jonathan, Trocadéro carried that feeling of having nowhere else they needed to be yet, with the whole day still open ahead of them. The clear sky and familiar Paris view made for a bright beginning, but the mood stayed easy rather than overly grand. They had time to settle in, laugh through the first few moments, and simply enjoy being there together before the city began leading them somewhere new.
Luxembourg Gardens
Luxembourg Gardens brought the pace down almost immediately. Away from the bigger landmarks, there was more room to breathe and simply enjoy the surroundings without feeling like they had to be anywhere in particular. Jolene and Jonathan spent this part of the day among tree-lined paths, open lawns, and the quieter corners of the garden, where everything felt a little more private. It was a gentle change from the excitement of the morning, and one of those moments where doing less somehow made the time together feel more meaningful.
The nicest days are often the ones you wish could last just a little longer.
Parisian Café
A café break felt less like another location and more like a small reset in the middle of the day. Jolene and Jonathan could finally sit down, order something to drink, and enjoy a little time without moving from place to place. It was simple, but that was exactly why it felt so Parisian. With the city carrying on around their table, the shoot briefly became just two people sharing a drink and catching up after a long morning. Those ordinary pauses often become some of the nicest memories from a trip, simply because nothing needs to happen.
Louvre
The Louvre brought a sense of occasion back into the day. After the gardens and café, stepping into its long arcades and open courtyards felt like entering a completely different version of Paris. Jolene’s deep green gown made this chapter especially striking, but the mood between them remained relaxed. Surrounded by so much history and scale, they still found small moments that felt entirely their own. It was that contrast that made the Louvre memorable: somewhere undeniably grand, experienced in a way that still felt personal and unhurried.
Bir-Hakeim Bridge
By the time Jolene and Jonathan reached Bir-Hakeim Bridge, the city had begun to change around them. Daylight faded, the sky deepened, and eventually the Eiffel Tower lit up across the Seine. After spending the whole day exploring Paris, ending here felt almost like returning to where they started, only with a completely different atmosphere. There was no need to rush through the final moments. They could stay a little longer, watch the lights come on, and take in how much had happened between morning and night. It was a fitting end to a very full Paris day.
From the first view in the morning to the lights after dark, it was one of those days that felt full in all the right ways.
