A Tokyo Love Story
Drawn to Japan’s captivating spring ambiance, Eva & Eric traveled to Tokyo and the scenic surrounding countryside of Mt. Fuji for their pre-wedding celebration. Their day unfolded effortlessly, moving from serene, shaded shrine pathways in traditional attire to sweeping mountain vistas framed by towering pagodas and peaceful lakeside shores. Every moment captured reflected their quiet warmth and genuine togetherness.
Tokyo Shrine
The morning began in the tranquil sanctuary of a Tokyo shrine, where stone torii gates and lush garden greenery set an authentic cultural atmosphere. Eva wore a exquisite cream-white kimono adorned with vibrant orange floral embroidery and a golden obi, holding a light paper parasol, while Eric stood by her side in a polished dark navy montsuki kimono with striped hakama. Walking hand in hand beneath ancient trees and red shrine arches, the couple paused by stone lanterns and white spring blossoms, sharing quiet laughter in the fresh morning air.
Guided by soft spring sunlight and mountain horizons, every shared glance felt effortlessly natural.
Chureito Pagoda
Ascending toward Chureito Pagoda, the couple changed into western bridal attire—Eva in a classic strapless white ballgown and Eric in a sharp navy blue suit and patterned bowtie. Reaching the famous hilltop terrace, the five-story pagoda and the snow-capped silhouette of Mt. Fuji formed an unforgettable backdrop under pale spring skies. Eric gently held Eva’s hand as they walked along the wooden platform and paused by glowing red torii gates, holding a bouquet of soft pastel blossoms.
Lake Kawaguchiko
For the final destination, the shoot moved down to the serene shores of Lake Kawaguchiko, where Eva changed into an eye-catching white gown featuring a ombre light-blue tulle skirt. With Mt. Fuji towering across the water under soft, diffused clouds, the expansive landscape created an open and romantic setting. Eva & Eric walked across the pebbled shoreline and paused by tall golden pampas grass, embracing close as the lake breeze moved through her veil to close out their memorable spring journey.
From quiet temple grounds to open lake views, their love story unfolded in timeless harmony.
