Seoul Pre-Wedding Photoshoot | Seoul Forest, Namsan Tower & Namsangol Hanok Village
A Korea Love Story
Shu Hang & Xin Yi’s Seoul pre-wedding day was shaped by everything that makes spring here so easy to fall for. Cherry blossoms filled Seoul Forest with soft color, the slopes of Namsan brought sunlight and city views, and Namsangol Hanok Village offered a slower glimpse of old Seoul. Moving from wedding attire into relaxed everyday looks, they let each setting change the pace of the story — sometimes romantic, sometimes playful, and always unmistakably comfortable together
Seoul Forest
Seoul Forest was at its prettiest, with cherry branches stretching overhead and pale petals scattered across the paths below. Shu Hang & Xin Yi wandered through the blossoms in classic wedding attire, Xin Yi’s fitted white gown flowing into a soft train while Shu Hang kept the look timeless in a black tuxedo. They walked beneath the trees, lingered on the steps, and found a patch of bright tulips that brought a sudden burst of color into the morning. A few playful handfuls of petals loosened everything up, turning an elegant spring portrait session into something much more spontaneous.
For one spring day, Seoul seemed to bloom around the two of them.
Namsan Tower
Their second chapter followed the winding paths of Namsan, where blossoms, rocks, and pockets of fresh greenery framed glimpses of the tower in the distance. Xin Yi added a veil to her white gown, letting the sheer fabric catch the light and drift around them as Shu Hang changed into a warm beige dinner jacket with black trousers. They walked uphill together, paused beneath flowering branches, and settled briefly among the stone-lined garden paths. The styling felt a touch softer here, warmed by the afternoon sun, while the tower appearing between the trees quietly reminded them that the city was never far away.
Namsangol Hanok Village
By Namsangol Hanok Village, Shu Hang & Xin Yi had left the formal wedding looks behind. In simple, light-toned outfits, they explored tiled courtyards, wooden verandas, stone walls, and shaded doorways at an easy pace. Xin Yi paired a sleeveless cream top with a flowing muted green skirt, while Shu Hang wore a short-sleeved white shirt with dark trousers — understated choices that suited the quiet architecture beautifully. They sat together beneath the eaves, leaned close in sunlit corners, and wandered through the grounds with Namsan Tower peeking above the rooftops, finishing the day with the ease of an afternoon date.
Perhaps the sweetest part of spring is knowing it won’t stay — and choosing to remember exactly how it felt while it was here.
